Very Disappointing Experience at Gino’s Whitewater Ice Cream
I recently visited Gino’s Whitewater Ice Cream with my daughters, and unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. My eldest daughter ordered a big cone with three flavors, but the girl who served us barely put any of each filling — the scoops were noticeably small compared to what we’ve received in the past.
On top of that, just a few minutes after getting the ice cream, the cone completely broke because the ice cream had started melting inside and made it soggy. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially considering the high prices they charge. I even pointed out to the staff that the portion size was much smaller than usual, and the reaction was indifferent at best.
Not only was it a waste of money, but it also ended up being a messy and frustrating experience for my daughter. We won’t be coming back anytime soon.
